Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships during field visits.
- Efficiently manage on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and diagnose errors to provide timely solutions for installed equipment.
- Prepare detailed service reports.
- Contribute as an active team player.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field servicing is required.
- Prior experience in repairing and servicing refrigeration systems and compressed air-related equipment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hands-on installation and removal of valve and pipe fittings is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, testing, repair, and service skills are essential.
- Strong English literacy is necessary.
- A professional certificate (NiTEC) or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering is the minimum qualification required.
