The T&I Lead Manager (Foundations) will be located in Taiwan, where our team is working on one of the projects in the Energy and Natural Resource Sector.

This key technical role involves overseeing the installation of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong understanding of the offshore environment, including its risks and practical requirements.

Technical Expertise
  • Familiarity with the offshore environment
  • Understanding of risks and practical requirements of delivering Technical Installation (T&I)

Additionally, you should have experience in planning, preparing and coordinating transportation for offshore structures.

Installation
  • Manage installation work packages for installation of offshore structures at project sites
  • Work with owners engineers and other technical functions to coordinate surveys/measurement of progress and quality at fabrication yard and project site

As a Project Manager, you will work with technical teams and suppliers to establish an installation approach.

Leadership
  • Lead the T&I team for foundations, developing capability and assuring that they have the capacity and capability needed at each stage of the project
Client Interaction
  • Communicate with clients, project management, and offshore personnel to ensure project alignment on time, cost, and quality progress
  • Identify risks and work with technical advisors/owners engineers as required to develop mitigation plans

You must also be able to coordinate activities with the owner's engineer and other technical functions to ensure compliance with project standards in terms of quality, cost, and time.

Problem-Solving
  • Understand complex challenges and translate them into solutions, drawing on technical experts as required to drive outcomes during the procurement process and project execution phases

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in offshore wind foundation installations.
