Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Expert to join our team. As an Installation Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull orders and prepare materials for outgoing jobs, including loading products onto the lorry and organizing them efficiently.
  • Pick up necessary materials and arrange them on the lorry in a logical manner.
  • Load all tools and equipment onto the lorry for deployment at the site.
  • Safely transport heavy products such as kitchen tops and counter tops from the production floor to the lorry and then to the installation site.
  • Lay down protective barriers and prepare job sites for error-free installation.
  • Install Granite, Marble, Quartz, Sintered Surface kitchen countertops, sinks, backsplashes, feature walls, and other products with precision and care.
  • Ensure quality installations using skilled craftsman methods and techniques.
  • Meet deadlines for measurement and installation tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at job sites.
  • Process paperwork related to materials and job orders.
  • Keep the lorry clean and tidy.
  • Support other teams when required.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Hold a Primary/O-Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Be physically strong and able to handle heavy weights of 20kg or more.
  • Prior experience in stone fabrication and/or installation is an advantage.
  • Have a basic understanding of English.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, precision, and good organizational skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Comfortable using digital devices like tablets for scheduling and updates.
  • Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Show pride in your work and maintain integrity.
