We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Installation and Maintenance Expert to join our team. As an Equipment Installation and Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for performing equipment installation, tool improvement activities, maintenance, alarm compilation of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all equipment is installed and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment installation, tool improvement activities, and maintenance to minimize downtime
- Identify equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce costs, improve yield, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Generate technical reports on equipment performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in cleaning and polishing of silicon wafers, is an advantage
- Willingness to commit to overtime when required
