Main Responsibilities:- Installation & Commissioning: Conduct thorough functional tests and verify systems are operating at optimal levels before handover.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients both on-site and remotely.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed service records.
- Customer Training & Relationship: Train clients on proper equipment usage and care.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering field.
- Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, or installing relevant equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on technical ability.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
