Equipment Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of complex equipment at customer locations.
You will provide expert technical assistance to ensure seamless service and upgrade operations, including modifications, new design components, features, and capabilities.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and identify root causes for timely resolution of field problems, utilizing your strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Regularly review and report on installed equipment performance to customers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing automated/production equipment
- Strong customer orientation skills
- Able to travel internationally
