Equipment Installation and Maintenance Expert

This role is designed for highly skilled individuals who can perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and support of equipment across various levels. As an Equipment Installation and Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain equipment on all levels, including hardware, software, and applications.
- Perform in-house repair and service, demo instruments, and quality check all equipment.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in meeting sales targets by providing high-quality service and maintaining a strong reputation.
- Utilize databases to input and provide feedback to Service Management, Global Product Support, and Sales Management.
- Use relevant tools such as Service Manuals and ISI Notes for daily tasks.
- Actively promote and sell Field Service products to increase revenue.
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide cross-border/district/region support when required.
- Represent the company positively in front of customers.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a comparable position within the after-sales service business in the medical diagnostic/life science markets or equivalent experience maintaining instrumentation in the medical diagnostic/life science fields.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented with proactive behavior, able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and passport with willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to travel up to 20% across SEA.
- Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.
- Will require work with substances such as acids and solvents and to work in biological laboratories up to BSL3.
