Job Title: Flooring Installation Expert

To deliver superior tile installation results, we seek a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tiles are cut and shaped accurately to fit around obstacles and in tight spaces using power and hand tools.

The successful candidate will have experience in forming tile beds using various materials such as concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar, and the ability to align tiles perfectly using straightedges, levels, and squares.

In addition to these skills, the flooring installation expert will be required to prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning them properly and applying waterproo ng material or lath as needed.

The position demands the ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoors. The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime and occasionally work midnight shifts.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
  • Willingness to work in harsh environments
  • Able to read construction drawings
  • No skin allergy to cement products
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience
