**About Us**:PAPE Engineering is an Independent Engineering consultancy Firm specializing in engineering services, expertise and basic & detail design to major Oil & Gas Companies and T&I/EPC contractors for offshore facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and draftsmen, to execute T&I engineering projects efficiently and effectively.
- **Interface Management**:Serve as the primary interface with T&I contractors, fabrication yards, and Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS) to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**:Keep management informed on T&I package costs and schedules, providing regular forecasts for project completion through an efficient reporting system.
- **Lean Management Implementation**:Establish and promote a lean management system within the T&I organization, providing training and deploying lean tools to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable results.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that the Company Quality Management System is fully implemented and adhered to across all projects, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- **Career Development**:Support the professional growth of engineers through technical guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Project Oversight**:Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with T&I engineering activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Naval Architecture or related field); Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Platforms T&I engineering and a minimum of 5 year as a manager or lead position with a strong background in offshore industry.
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and interfacing with contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of T&I engineering principles (loadout methods, transportation/G&S design, jacket installation (lifting, upending, launching), piles installation, topsides installation (lifting, and float-over), project management methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Familiar with relevant engineering software and tools used for platforms T&I pre-service analyses such as such as MOSES, SACS, STAAD PRO, ABAQUS/ANSYS/FEMAP, ARIANE/ORCAFLEX, GHS/MAXSURF, DEEPLINES, DIODORE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results.
- Must have good communication, writing and presentation skill
- Proficient in computer skill and Microsoft Office
- Open to embrace challenges and providing suggestion to enhance work alternatives
