Job Title:

Retention Scheme Manager


About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the planning and implementation of a retention scheme across public healthcare institutions and related partners. This includes overseeing system implementations and enhancements, providing guidance on complex enquiries, and ensuring alignment to scheme policies.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of a retention scheme, including the implementation and administration of the scheme
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HR systems projects in relation to the retention scheme, including requirements gathering, vendor management, testing and deployment phases.
  • Manage and develop team members, provide guidance on complex enquiries and ensure prompt responses with the scheme administration while ensuring alignment to scheme policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare clusters.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the scheme administration and system processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS implementation
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Professional HR certifications preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR systems and demonstrated experience in leading system implementation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits practices, particularly in the healthcare or public sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
