**Senior Scheme Ops Manager APAC**

As part of our regional growth, we are looking for a Senior Card Scheme Operations Manager APAC, based in Singapore. You and your team will take charge for the resolution of the complex scheme compliance cases, operational excellence and execution of complex projects and reporting, and support of the merchants with regards to PCI DSS. As an expert in card networks rules, you will interact and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to create a seamless experience for the merchants with Adyen.
We are a tech company that operates under a banking license. As such we hold a very high standard when it comes to compliant and scalable processes for Customer Onboarding & Monitoring. Similar to our payment platform, we've taken an unobvious route to build the next generation of Financial & Compliance technology in-house with a global reach

**What you'll do**
- You will build and manage a team of professionals who will take lead for the scheme compliance cases and management of the communication with card networks with regards to scheme rules.
- You will interact with the biggest brands on a regular basis and make sure the scheme compliance requirements are met.
- You will work closely with your internal stakeholders: compliance, CDD, commercial, operations teams.
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress to all parties;
- You will work closely with the card networks representatives with regards to any card networks rules and requirements.
- You will look for ways to scale operations with regards to scheme compliance and make sure to identify knowledge gaps.
- Build knowledge and expertise in the team to be able to advise the scheme compliance requirements.

**Who you are**
- Previous experience with Card Schemes and domestic Payment Networks is critical.
- You are detail-oriented and organized.
- You are a self-starter and have the ability to thrive in a start-up environment with mínimal supervision and run things like your own business.
- Ability to convey scheme requirements to our merchants, commercial teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- You have a natural sense of urgency, there is no tomorrow.
- You have team management experience.
- You possess sound judgment and the flexibility to pivot in changing courses in order to solve problems swiftly.
