Key Role in Human Resource Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director of Human Resource. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in human resource functions.

About the Role

This position involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance appraisal, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organisational transformation and capability building.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Manage and coach a team of HR professionals to deliver high-performance results.
  • Provide expert HR advisory services to department heads and stakeholders on complex people issues and employment legislation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
