HR Executive Job Description

As a key member of our organization's management team, the HR Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

  • Reporting to the Deputy Director and working closely with other senior members of staff.
  • Overseeing the full range of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, performance management, employee relations, and talent sourcing.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to utilize their skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, as well as their experience in talent acquisition, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of employment law. You will work collaboratively with senior management and other colleagues to ensure seamless execution of administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including employment law and company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in human resources management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and induction processes.
  • Knowledge of employment law and company policies.
