">About the Role">

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Human Resource professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, benefits administration, and training development.

">Main Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Assist with full scope of HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation, recruitment, maintaining information in HR systems.">
  3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements for payroll processing.">
  4. Manage work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.">
  5. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.">
  6. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.">
  7. Implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.">
  8. Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.">
  9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.">
">Support to Managing Director">

The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating appointments and meetings, travel arrangements, and submission of expenses claims.

">Requirements">
  1. ">
  2. Diploma in any relevant field.">
  3. Minimum 4-5 years relevant HR experience with hands-on payroll experience.">
  4. Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, especially around payroll.">
  5. Experience with Easypay/ Workday is preferred.">
  6. Able to start immediately or within a short notice.">
