Job Description:

  • Recruitment: The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, planning, and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. They will also be responsible for conducting preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews, and arranging interviews.
  • Benefits Management: Our ideal candidate will assist in managing staff's medical benefit function and perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Payroll Processing: The Human Resource Professional will support payroll processing, updating and checking of leave records, personnel records, and payroll-related records.
  • Employee Relations: This role will involve handling all clearance for resigned staff, compiling employee time records, verifying attendance, timesheets, and overtime. Additionally, they will assist in organizing company events and managing staff medical benefits.
  • Reporting: The Human Resource Professional will generate reports to managers on various HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Human Resource related field.
  • Preferably familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A minimum 4 years of experience in HR related positions.
