Job Title: Senior Human Resources Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the administrative and human resource needs across multiple outlets to ensure business objectives are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and Finance department to project and implement strategic HR initiatives and manpower headcount for each outlet/business annually.
  • Conduct market surveys and wage benchmarking to ensure our company's practices and salary scale are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to fill vacancies promptly, including planning recruitment drives and partnering with external agencies and headhunters.
  • Develop and implement career development initiatives and HR policies to maintain high staff morale.
  • Provide counseling and support to staff to minimize disruption to operations and business due to staff turnover.
  • Evaluate and address disciplinary actions, including termination of employment as required, if staff breach company policies or harm the business/reputation.
  • Monitor staff performance, recommending promotions, re-designations and redeployments as needed.
  • Work closely with Executive Chef/Head Chef(s) and Outlet Managers to understand business manpower requirements and source training systems to increase staff productivity and customer service quality.
  • Establish a comprehensive Staff Handbook and On-Boarding Process to ensure staff understanding of relevant company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and prepare accurate payroll in a timely manner each month.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
