Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and define routes to market
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts relevant to the defined territory and markets
  • New Accounts/ and New Market Opportunities
  • Collaborate with management to establish and execute the annual sales goal for the region
  • Collaborate with regional sales team member(s) to maximize sales revenue to meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Deliver timely Forecasts quarterly and monthly for sales within the territory
  • Maintain regular partner and customer visits
  • Enter and update all sales calls, opportunities and customer visits in the CRM
  • Follow-up, qualify and close sales leads generated through various mediums such as web leads, trade shows, and inbound calls
  • Assist other regions as directed by Clear-Com management
  • Submit correct and accurate monthly expense report as prescribed by company policy
  • Additional Business From Existing Accounts
  • Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Manage Clear-Com promotional programs
  • Develop and promote competitive advantages
  • Track and maintain details on performance to target
  • Resolve price, service, and delivery disputes as required
  • Prepare periodic written status reports on assigned territory accounts
  • Identify new opportunities for Clear-Com products by calling potential users, arranging for evaluation systems or equipment for potential users, providing written description of potential application, securing written specification from potential user on equipment needed, and working with marketing personnel through development phase, if required for new product
  • Maintain regular customer contact with key decision makers

 

Requirements:

  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager who can develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • The position requires strong analytical skills to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
