Building Services Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining condominiums, ensuring the upkeep of building works and mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling maintenance requests and carrying out minor repairs to buildings and M&E works.
  • Supervising contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Higher NITEC or NTC 2 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • The ability to carry out trouble-shooting and minor repairs to building and M&E works.

We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with property management software and equipment maintenance would be an asset.
