As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and financial returns of assigned accounts/brands. Key responsibilities include sourcing, buying and merchandising of goods for assigned accounts, negotiating with suppliers for optimal front and back margins, managing and maintaining content products in online stores, developing commercial strategies to meet sales and profit budget, and ensuring optimal inventory levels while minimizing slow-moving stocks. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Management, and 0 - 3 years of experience in business development, account management, merchandising or related field within the e-commerce or retail industry. We expect a strong entrepreneurial spirit, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, are also necessary. Additionally, proficiency in Excel and strong business acumen are required for this role.
