The Edge Partnership is seeking a skilled Incident Management Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive quick resolution of incidents and coordinate with L2/L3 support teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in incident management and problem management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive quick resolution of incidents and coordinate with L2/L3 support teams.
  2. Escalate cases to prevent SLA breaches and delays.
  3. Participate in regular incident review meetings and generate periodic service reports for stakeholders.
  4. Analyse incident trends and monitor Incident Management KPIs.
  5. Conduct post-incident reviews to capture insights and improve processes.
  6. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and track problem ticket resolutions.
  7. Manage known errors to prevent incident recurrence.
  8. Monitor and report on problem management KPIs.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in incident management and problem management.
  2. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  3. Analytical and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  4. ITIL 4 certification preferred; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
