About the Skills Required

You will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Organisation Change Management supporting complex enterprise-wide transformations.
  • A blend of prior in-house and consultancy experience or individuals that have worked in several large complex organisations leading complex organisational change management workstreams.
  • Outstanding Communication and Organisational skills, including preparing and presenting materials at Management Consultancy level to our most senior stakeholders.
  • Strong Stakeholder Alignment skills.

Additionally, you should possess knowledge of industry best practice within the Organisational Change Management Capability area and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
