About Brawn & Brains Coffee PTE. LTD.

We are a specialty coffee roastery and café based in the East of Singapore, seeking positive individuals to join our team as Customer Service Ambassadors.

Compensation Package

The remuneration rate for this position is approximately SGD $3,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on relevant working experience. This includes compensation for weekends and public holidays, with shifts located between our outlets at East Coast Road and Hamilton Road.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the café, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
  • Take orders and process payment transactions accurately, using cash handling skills efficiently
  • Greet customers, present menus, take orders, suggest meal promotions, and provide recommendations that enhance their dining experience
  • Operate the POS cash register, managing sales and maintaining accuracy throughout peak hours
  • Perform cashiering duties confidently and efficiently, processing payments with precision
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, upholding the brand's reputation and values
  • Work well under pressure during peak hours, delivering results-oriented performance
  • Attend to customers' queries and feedback, providing timely resolutions and improving their experience
  • Assist in other areas of operations when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
