Job Title: Corporate Governance SpecialistJob Summary:Maintain statutory registers and records, ensuring timely and accurate filings. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on corporate governance matters.Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate records of company meetings, resolutions, and changes in the company's articles of association.
• Ensure all statutory submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance best practices to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate the annual general meeting and other shareholder meetings.
• Liaise with regulators, shareholders, and other stakeholders as required.
• Assist with corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and advise the business accordingly.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role from either an in-house or service provider background.
