Job Title: Front Office Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient check-in and check-out processes, upselling opportunities, and effective communication with colleagues and other departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Perform check-in and check-out tasks in a professional and efficient manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Upselling and Sales: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication within the front office and other departments to ensure seamless experiences for all guests.
- Guest Recognition and Feedback: Be responsible for maintaining accurate guest recognition reports and handling guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- A warm and pleasant personality, with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions.
- The ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
