Regional Account Director

The Regional Account Director is a key position that plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. This role requires exceptional client engagement skills and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, convert them into revenue, and take full ownership of the account's strategic and financial performance.

  • Develop and execute effective growth strategies, managing opportunities for clients and ensuring their overall financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and other financial aspects while maintaining excellent relationships with senior-level client contacts, providing valuable insights, collecting feedback, and implementing required actions.
  • Engage key client stakeholders to drive commercial innovation and process improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for client-related issues, proactively managing resolution processes and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project briefs, scope, shape, build, and scale innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Coordinate regional pitches and tenders, effectively consolidating inputs and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Drive high-performing teams by reviewing deliverables, monitoring activity, and ensuring high-quality output that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Secure resources and build a network of internal and external partners to promote the implementation of new solutions and business models, fostering partnerships that drive growth.
  • Update the Senior Leadership Team on account status and suggest new measures when needed, maintaining open communication channels throughout the organization.
  • Partner with internal teams across departments, including operations, planning, and creative teams, to drive internal processes and foster a culture of collaboration.
