International Freight Sales Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead international air and ocean services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding existing client relationships while cultivating new business opportunities through strategic networking.

  • The selected Freight Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients in order to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets.
  • They will maintain effective communication with customers to resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • A key component of this role is the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management or freight forwarding experience. They must possess strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and driving results.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics and supply chain or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Forecasting skills to predict sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
