Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business development goals
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Client Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
    • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Bid Proposal Development
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop bid proposals that meet client requirements
    • Ensure that all proposal materials are well-structured, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Project Coordination
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development
