Business Development Manager Role

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth, fostering strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and decision-makers at partner stores, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with their goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on partner needs, product rollouts, and campaigns, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and pitch additional growth opportunities within existing accounts, such as upselling, cross-selling, and new categories, driving revenue growth and expanding partner success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or wellness-related industries.
  • Proven track record in growing key accounts and driving partner success, with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with major retailers is a plus, providing exposure to diverse markets and customer bases.
