About the Role:
The Guest Services Executive is a vital position within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional stay. This involves providing support during check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest queries, feedback and complaints, and supervising front-office teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest queries, feedback and complaints, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Supervise and assist front-office teams to provide outstanding services to guests
- Manage and motivate front-office teams to meet targets through effective sales efforts and room revenue management
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering high standards of service in line with operational norms and procedures
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Opera system
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management (preferably)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front office operations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Availability to work on weekends and Public Holidays
