Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front office, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with other departments to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
- Prepare and send out marketing materials, letters, and other documents as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
To be successful as a Front Office Coordinator, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
