We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage inventory and order front office supplies
  • Coordinate courier services when required
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level / SPM / Nitec and above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
