Job Title: Front Office Service Coordinator

This role reports to the Duty Manager / Senior Duty Manager and is responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of the Front Office areas including Reception and the Club Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth operation at the Reception and Lobby area, especially during peak periods.
  • Provide feedback to Management on established guests' preferences and ensure a high return percentage on return guest's ratio.
  • Train and guide junior staff, monitoring their performance.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Perform cashiering duties and room blocking responsibilities.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
  • Offer information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping team on room status.
  • Update guest data and other information in the Opera PMS system.
  • Upsell hotel rooms whenever possible.
  • Manage guest complaints/feedback in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Perform other front office duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
  • Assist in other sections' operations when necessary.
  • Promote positive TripAdvisor reviews.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS.
