About the Role

The HR Business Partner, APAC will play a key role in driving the people agenda for Deluxe Media Inc. in the Asia Pacific region. This includes managing and implementing initiatives that deliver local and global business goals, supporting multiple lines of business, and collaborating with senior leaders to establish credibility and trust throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope HR support to business leaders, including recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
  • Lead and execute the strategic planning and implementation of the company's regional expansion initiatives, including preparing employment contracts, policies, and benefit offerings.
  • Work in a diverse, hyperscale environment, coordinating with team members across multiple time zones and territories, and responding promptly to requests.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, identify trends, root causes, and solutions to improve organizational/team satisfaction.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of initiatives, programs, processes, and policies that deliver a top-notch work environment and company culture.
  • Oversee the local Remuneration and Reward/Benefits Program, including externally benchmarked salary banding, monthly recognition awards, and well-being programs.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data management, reporting, and analytics, and identify trends to proactively recommend solutions to improve performance and employee experience.
  • Support managers and employees on the Deluxe performance review process, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff contributions.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion programs, including programming and delivery of events, in partnership with Employee Resource Groups.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws, and employment standards in all territories.
  • Manage People platforms, including Workday, Deluxe Learn, and Help Central.
