Unlock your legal expertise and take on a pivotal role in our growing international team. We seek to hire an experienced Legal Counsel who will support our expansion across the globe.

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic legal advice on our international expansion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and leading key compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with business teams to offer guidance on legal aspects of new business models, strategies, operations, and marketing activities.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct research on local laws and regulations and manage outside counsel.

Requirements:

  • Hold a legal qualification from Indonesia and/or Singapore, with significant experience in cross-border legal affairs.
  • Possess 3-7 years post-qualification experience at a law firm and/or corporation.
  • Technology sector experience or a technology education background is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate full professional proficiency in English and Indonesian language, with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in both languages.
  • Display a sincere interest in technology, innovation, and business.
  • Show high motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and a desire to collaborate with others.
  • Only open to Singapore Citizens and PR holders.
