The **Human Resources Advisor (Asia) **aims to achieve the organization’s overall performance goals by providing expertise, support, and advice to ensure the company appropriately recruits, trains, and manages the employees at its Asian sites. The Human Resources Advisor (Asia) also provides administrative HR support and basic general advice to the Asia business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**HR Advice/Performance Management
- Ensure appropriate and measurable job descriptions are in place for all roles
- Provide support to the regularization and performance review process
- Work collaboratively with managers to ensure a fair, procedurally sound outcome is achieved on all employee matters in line with agreed CXC policies and framework
- Management of employment termination in consultation with the HR Manager ANZ
**Organisation Effectiveness/ Ongoing Engagement**
- Support Country Managers in establishing and maintaining effective employee communications
- Support Country managers in managing recognition systems
- Managing the delivery of certain employee benefit programs.
- Ensure CXC Village is maintained with relevant and up to date information
- Completion and analysis of exit interviews for ASIA
- Work with managers to ensure employee engagement is considered when making decisions
- Develop and implement site plans when required in consultation with HR Manager and Country Managers to reduce attrition, absenteeism, improve performance and increase retention
**Recruitment and Succession**
- Determine recruitment requirements in conjunction with business leaders/Hiring Managers
- Establish and maintain tools to facilitate successful recruitment
- Accurate employment documentation and onboarding
- Support business leaders/Managers in effecting recruitment
- Reporting and monitoring of effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment process
- Effective and credible Employee Referral Program(s) in place where applicable
**Remuneration**
- Support and maintenance of remuneration framework in consultation with HR Manager/ Country Managers/ CFO
- Support and maintenance of remuneration review process in consultation with HR Manager incorporating.
- Benchmarking
- Job levels
- Performance
- Incentives
- Cost within budget
- Provide appropriate packaged benefits
**Compliance**
- Ensure compliance in legislated areas e.g., Workplace Safety, Wages, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, etc.
- Policy development and maintenance, in line with relevant legislation
- Managing the workplace safety processes and systems
- Managing hazard identification and reduction processes
- Manage parental leave in accordance with legislative requirements
- Manage employment contracts and paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements
- Manage regularization periods in accordance with legislative requirements
- Provision of an adequate corporate induction and ongoing required training, e.g., harassment, discrimination, bullying and workplace safety
- Documentation of ER matters in line with CXC templates and in accordance agreed standards to ensure consistency
- Act in accordance with CXC Code of Conduct and organizational values
**Other Projects**
- Support other Company human resources projects undertaken at Asian sites, as agreed from time to time
- Setup and or support of new Company initiatives, as agreed from time to time
- As agreed from time to time
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar is preferred
- Experience in a multinational organization is preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience at the HR Advisor level
- Thorough knowledge of Asian employment law and compliance processes
