Job Summary
The Inbound Engagement Specialist (IES) is responsible for managing prospects and customers inquiries into the Oracle Global Industry Units (GIUs). The primary focus is to provide rapid response and a superior customer experience. The IES connects with prospects through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to identify specific business needs and pains and connect them with relevant sales resources within Oracle GIUs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound client inquiries to generate 5-Star leads that convert to revenue.
- Grow industry market share through new logo and existing client revenue generation.
- Qualify all inbound leads, ensuring timely customer engagement.
- Connect with prospects through a variety of inbound multi-channels.
- Uncover & qualify customer needs by understanding business challenges.
- Closely monitor inbound leads from various channels and ensure efficient response, follow-up, and conversion.
- Align closely with the GIU sales team members to progress opportunities.

Requirements
- You have at minimum 5 years of relative work experience working in an outbound sales/business development role and/or Industry domain experience.
- You have 2+ years' experience in sales and/or a business development outbound prospecting role. Software and technology experience is not required.
- Ability to speak Japanese or Korean due to the need to converse with accounts in Japan/Korea.
