Regional Financial Strategist for Growth

About the Role:
This leadership position oversees financial planning, analysis, and strategy to fuel business expansion. Reporting directly to senior management, you will drive forward-thinking financial decisions that support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A team in delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans.
- Analyze business performance against goals and provide actionable insights.
- Improve financial processes and systems for enhanced reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial tools, and effective communication.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required for international collaboration.
- Leadership experience, ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
