Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator to oversee the review and preparation of project specifications, coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams, as well as resolve technical issues.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion. This includes reviewing and preparing project specifications, coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality of works is achieved.

  • Project Management:
    • Review and prepare project specifications.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
    • Resolve technical issues.
  • Architectural Drawings:
    • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works.
    • Prepare, submit, and update shop drawings.
  • Project Supervision:
    • Ensure quality of works is achieved.
    • Comply with safety regulations.
    • On-site supervision and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Documentation:
    • Carry out works scheduling.
    • Cost control and project supervision.
    • Document progress and ensure timely completion of works.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
    • A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supervising architectural works.
  • Skillset:
    • Able to lead and work independently.
    • Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamworks.
