Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans
  • Manage job postings, screen and shortlist candidates, and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • General degree in HRM or related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR
  • Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
