The Customer Relations Executive position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can drive customer satisfaction and retention.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Telecom, BPO, Hospitality, or Staffing industry.
- Lead generation through company website follow-up and coordination
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the Director to foster strong relationships
- Provide actionable insights to the business through data presentation and customer trend analysis
Develop and implement retention strategies to increase client value
Engage with top clients to enhance retention and increase client value
Offer general administrative support to the Director and the CRM team
Communicate recommendations clearly and accurately to stakeholders
Remain flexible and responsive to last-minute requests
Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Requirements:Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Possess an active and confident personality with excellent follow-up abilities
Be proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
