Maximise Client Retention and Drive Revenue Growth

Job Description

In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for driving client retention and supporting the sales team in achieving incremental revenue growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to explore how media strategies can effectively align with their objectives and support the broader challenges affecting their businesses and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing sales proposals in support of the sales team, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
  • Providing thoughtful insights when discussing client briefs, encouraging exploration of alternative approaches that may more effectively fulfil their marketing objectives.
  • Developing the ability to tailor implementation strategies for clients, focusing on optimal media weights, placements, and buying parameters that align with their goals.
  • Analysing and evaluating media proposals independently, applying key principles of the buying process, including audience analysis, cost assessment, and the tracking and optimization of results.

A comprehensive post-campaign report detailing performance against planned KPIs, expenditures, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness, along with insights and recommendations for future initiatives, is a must.

Key qualifications and work experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media advertising or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
