- As a Customer Retention Specialist in our team, your responsibilities will include communicating effectively with customers and sales representatives, analyzing customer behavior, and collecting information on customer complaints. You will be instrumental in developing proactive retention strategies based on valuable customer feedback. Your role will involve negotiating with customers to secure contract renewals and maintain business relationships.Collaboration with the sales team and business partners will be crucial as you propose effective customer retention solutions. Your proficiency in writing and presenting customer behavior reports will contribute significantly to our understanding of customer needs and preferences. Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers and business partners will be a key aspect of your daily interactions.To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any field and possess proven experience in a supervisory capacity within the telecommunications or related industry. A strong grasp of retention and collection best practices is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to make data-driven decisions, will be critical in devising successful customer retention strategies. You should also demonstrate leadership qualities and the capability to motivate a high-performing team.This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund.
