Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our offshore acquisition efforts. As an Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Premier and Premier Private Client businesses across North Asia, South Asia, and Rest of World markets.

You will work closely with our team to identify and develop sustainable acquisition channels, enhance collaborations with channel partners, and leverage MIS for performance management and sales productivity.

Your role will also involve maintaining high standards of compliance requirements and ensuring adherence to regulations.

In addition, you will drive programmes to improve the customer journey and touchpoints for better onboarding experiences.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for the overall offshore acquisition and funding targets of our platform.

Requirements:
  • A driven and independent individual with a winning mindset
  • At least 10 years of working experience with 3-5 years in the Premier Banking Offshore space
  • An experienced sales leader who has built successful teams
  • An individual who possesses a positive mindset, embraces challenges, and is good at problem solving
  • Adaptable with a tenacious attitude
  • Skilled in building relationships with effective communication and interpersonal skills
