Offshore Technical Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of our offshore fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all technical operations of offshore vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead and guide engineering and technical teams.
  • Monitor vessel performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Plan and oversee dry-dockings, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Review technical documentation and reports to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical management within the offshore industry.
  • Proven track record in managing technical teams and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel offshore as required.
