Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is looking to expand its offshore businesses by recruiting Acquisition Managers.

- Identify and engage HNWI through strategic networking, referrals and market research.
- Develop and nurture long term relationships with offshore clients, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design customized financial solutions that align with clients' unique needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities to refine acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner closely with internal teams to leverage referrals and exclusive banking offers for offshore clients.
- Ensure compliance with advisory procedures, documentation standards and regulatory requirements while adhering to the bank's internal policies and business processes.
skills and experience required
- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing HNW clients, with a strong understanding of offshore banking and wealth management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, establish rapport and maintain long term client relationships.
- Strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate financial concepts and customized banking solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless banking experiences.
- Deep market awareness, staying updated on financial trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes affecting offshore clients.
