Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Solution Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
    • Establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
    • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to uncover pain points and strategic objectives.
  • Solution Design & Delivery:
    • Lead the development and presentation of technical solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, sensors, cameras, and video analytics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, integration strategies, and deployment plans.
    • Oversee proof-of-concept implementations and manage pilot projects to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.
  • Pre-Sales & Business Development:
    • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle to support the CSU and BD teams.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Solution Lifecycle Management:
    • Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions throughout their lifecycle.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, security standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to IoT and video analytics solutions.
    Requirements:
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Strong understanding of IoT architectures, sensor technologies, camera systems, and video analytics.
      • Experience with solution integration, data processing, and edge/cloud deployment models.
    • BUSINESS ACUMEN:
      • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and articulate value propositions to clients.
      • Experience in business development, pre-sales, or solution consulting.
    • Leadership & Communication:
      • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
