Job Title: HR Business Partner

CDG ZIG HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to lead the HR function in one of our Business Units (BUs). The successful candidate will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions, requiring a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and execute the employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal workforce utilization.
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver HR solutions that drive business goals and objectives.
  • Create, align, and implement sustainable policies, processes, and initiatives that foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Establish clear understanding of recruitment needs and recruit top talent on a timely basis, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Administer the Annual Performance Appraisal cycle, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Engage and provide sound advice to employees on HR-related matters, including grievances and union-related issues.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports and statistics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Administer, update, and maintain employees' data on HRIS and e-pfile, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to implement training and development requirements for employees, enhancing their skills and competencies.
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary matters, maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Preferred experience working with unions and IHRP certification.
  • Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws.
  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address workforce challenges.
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy, with a desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals.
  • Familiarity with SAP or payroll processing.
  • Change-management skills, able to facilitate discussions around change and transformation.
  • Can-Do Attitude, confident and willing to deal with problems or new tasks.
  • Industrial Relations skills, able to manage union matters and Collective Agreements.
