About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team as an HR Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business in all aspects of Human Resources, excluding payroll.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Recruitment and Employee Engagement: Handle full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives, plan and execute employee engagement events, collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize team-building activities and recognition programs
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits including insurance update and claims, employee relations support including clarification on claims and leave entitlements updates, administration of referral programs, etc.
  • HR Systems: Processing of new hires, employee changes and terminations in HRIS/DMS system, benefits administration and other similar duties, maintain the HR database, employee records and filing of documents and training updates
  • Documentation: Draft and update of documents including employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents, handle administration of employment contract for non-executive level

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Possess minimum 3 years of related HR experience
  • Prior exposure from MNC environment will be highly valued
  • Prior exposure from Logistic industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge on employment law and regulations
