Job Overview

The Shapoorji Pallonji Group seeks a skilled Human Resources Leader to spearhead Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives. This role demands strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation to drive employee growth and organizational success.

This position reports to the Talent Management Manager and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning programs.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement integrated strategies that link talent management and learning efforts to promote corporate outcomes and employee growth.
  2. Work closely with the team to discover development opportunities and actionable career paths for individuals through the annual performance review process.
  3. Contribute to the creation of talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential individuals and resolving important skill shortages through targeted development programs.
  4. Create and implement complete learning solutions, such as workshops, e-learning, and leadership development programs, to improve staff capacities.
  5. Implement activities to increase employee engagement, promote health and wellness programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.
  6. Work with executives to create and update competency models for talent acquisition, development, and evaluation.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Management.
  • Ability to start within short notice or within 1 month's notice.
  • Prior experience working in an MNC environment (more than 200 employees).
