About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have experience in service and/or ground operations management, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business growth, attraction enhancements, safety standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain high levels of engagement, performance, safety, and guest services.
  • Manage assigned portfolio and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum O level.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in service and/or ground operations management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
